Mrinal Rai is an entrepreneur, product builder, and founder based in Bengaluru, India. He is the Co-founder and COO of Intugine Technologies, one of India's leading real-time multimodal supply chain visibility platforms, trusted by 100+ enterprise clients across manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, retail, and energy sectors.

Mrinal's journey began at Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University, where he co-founded his first venture — Nimble, a gesture-controlled gaming peripheral. That early experiment in hardware taught him the most important lesson a founder can learn: problem-market fit matters above everything else.

Through two pivots and years of relentless iteration, Intugine found its thesis in supply chain visibility — a problem enormous enough to justify a decade of building. Today, Intugine tracks close to a million trips every month, helping India's largest enterprises move goods smarter and faster.

Beyond Intugine, Mrinal co-founded Namaste Democracy (Jagrati Foundation), India's first youth-driven, non-partisan civic literacy initiative. The initiative has reached 1.8 million+ people and impacted 16,000+ students across India — driven by the belief that the same principles that build great companies build great democracies.
